Skills:
• Hands-on experience with Dynatrace (OneAgent, ActiveGate, Dashboarding)
• Strong understanding of APM, infrastructure monitoring, and observability concepts
• Knowledge of Linux/Windows administration
• Understanding of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, ports, protocols)
• Experience in log analysis and troubleshooting performance issues
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) – preferred
• Basic scripting knowledge (PowerShell, Shell, Python) – added advantage
• 3–6 years in application/infrastructure monitoring support
• Experience in enterprise monitoring tools (Dynatrace preferred; others like AppDynamics, Zabbix as plus)
• Solid analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication and stakeholder coordination
• Ability to work in 24/7 shifts and handle production environments
