Role Description This is a full time, on-site Sales and Marketing Executive and Manager role based in Noida. The role involves developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies for PEB and allied construction services, including identifying new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with existing clients. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing proposals, managing client presentations, negotiating contracts, and following up on leads to achieve sales targets. The position also requires planning and executing marketing campaigns, coordinating with technical and project teams, monitoring market trends,



and preparing regular performance and pipeline reports for management. The role demands proactive engagement in field visits, industry events, and client meetings to strengthen the company’s presence in the steel building and infrastructure sector. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Market Planning and Marketing skills, including the ability to design and execute strategies and campaigns.
• Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze industry trends, competitors, and customer needs.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to manage leads, negotiate contracts, and achieve revenue and growth targets.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills for client interaction, presentations, and internal collaboration.
• Relevant experience in construction, infrastructure, or industrial products sales and marketing is highly beneficial.
