Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full-time position based in Hyderabad with a hybrid work model, allowing a mix of on-site collaboration and work-from-home flexibility. The role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating qualified leads, and building a strong pipeline of prospective clients for the agency. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting outreach, presenting AVM Creative Shark’s services, preparing proposals, and coordinating with internal teams to align client needs with creative solutions. The Business Development Executive will manage client accounts, maintain long-term relationships,



and track performance metrics to support revenue growth. This role requires proactive communication, regular market research, and close collaboration with marketing and creative teams to drive brand partnerships and business expansion. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Recent Business Development and Lead Generation skills to build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Candidates should possess solid Business and Account Management skills to handle client relationships and support ongoing projects.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to present ideas, negotiate effectively, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in digital marketing, creative services, or advertising agencies is beneficial.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment, manage time independently, and meet targets consistently.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and negotiation abilities, with comfort using CRM tools and productivity software.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
