Role Description The Spare Part Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Nanded. This position is responsible for managing spare parts inventory for electric buses, including receiving, storing, issuing, and tracking parts in coordination with the maintenance and operations teams. The role involves maintaining accurate records in inventory systems, monitoring stock levels, and initiating purchase requests to prevent shortages or excess stock. The Spare Part Executive will liaise with vendors for timely procurement, verify quality and specifications of parts, and ensure proper documentation and compliance with company standards.



Daily tasks also include coordinating with workshop staff, conducting periodic stock audits, and supporting continuous improvement in spare parts management processes. Qualifications
• Strong inventory management and storekeeping skills, including stock tracking, documentation, and basic ERP or inventory software usage.
• Knowledge of spare parts for commercial vehicles or electric buses, with the ability to identify parts, interpret catalogues, and understand technical specifications.
• Vendor coordination and procurement skills, including quotation comparison, purchase follow-up, and maintaining supplier relationships.
• Attention to detail, data accuracy, and basic analytical skills for monitoring stock levels, consumption patterns, and reporting.
• Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with maintenance, operations, and procurement teams.
• Prior experience in automotive, fleet, or transport industry spare parts management is preferred.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Mechanical/Automobile Engineering, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Nanded and adapt to a rapid-paced, operational environment focused on electric mobility.
