- At least 6+ months of previous internship experience in coding.
• Structure: This is an initial internship position with the opportunity to convert to a full time role in 3 months or less, depending on your performance. The initial internship will be paid.
• Pace: We are looking for individuals capable of delivering results efficiently, roughly in less than one-third of the time it takes most competent professionals. Key Behavioral Traits

• Top-notch communication skills are essential.
• Top-notch academy scores are essential.
• Can get started with active contribution on day one. Key Technical skills

• Strong with programming languages like Golang/Rust/Python,
• Data stores like MySQL/redis/hbase, Linux & Git for version control would be necessary.
