About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Executive to manage day-to-day HR operations and support the company's recruitment and team-building efforts. The ideal candidate should be comfortable handling employee documentation, coordinating hiring activities, maintaining HR records, and supporting a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, including candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
• Coordinate onboarding, employee documentation, and exit formalities.
• Maintain employee records and support attendance, leave management, and payroll inputs.




• Ensure HR processes follow company policies and applicable labour regulations.
• Support employee engagement, training, performance management, and routine employee queries.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, HR reports, and employee databases.
• Work closely with management to understand hiring requirements and build an effective team. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Prior experience in HR operations or recruitment is preferred.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
• Basic understanding of payroll, attendance, leave management, and HR compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and HR management tools.
• Robust organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information.
