We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior Architect to join our growing team. ? Roles &

Responsibilities:
• Develop architectural plans, floor plans, elevations, and sections.
• Prepare detailed working drawings and construction drawings.
• Assist in 3D modelling, visualization, and presentation drawings.
• Coordinate with structural engineers, interior designers, and site teams.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure design accuracy.
• Incorporate client requirements and design revisions.




• Ensure drawings comply with project specifications and applicable building regulations. ?

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Architecture (B.
Arch).
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in residential architecture.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp; knowledge of Revit, Lumion, or Enscape is an advantage.
• Good understanding of architectural detailing and construction practices.
