- On Site Role overview: We are hiring a PCB Design Engineer to lead the layout and design of power electronics and control boards for our electric motor and controller product lines. You will work closely with firmware and hardware teams to translate circuit schematics into reliable, manufacturable PCBs — from concept all the way to production.

Key responsibilities
• Design and lay out multilayer PCBs for motor driver circuits, inverters, and control systems using KiCad and Altium Designer.
• Develop and review schematics for high-voltage and high-current motor controller applications.
• Perform design rule checks (DRC), signal integrity analysis, and thermal management planning.
• Create complete production documentation including BOM, Gerber files, pick-and-place files, and assembly drawings.
• Collaborate with mechanical and firmware engineers to ensure board-level integration and system compatibility.
• Support PCB bring-up,



debugging, and validation testing in the lab environment.
• Liaise with PCB manufacturers and EMS partners to ensure design-for-manufacturability (DFM) compliance. What we are looking for
• Bachelor's degree or higher in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Hands-on proficiency in KiCad and/or Altium Designer for schematic capture and PCB layout.
• Solid understanding of analog/digital circuit design, especially in power electronics and motor drive applications.
• Experience with multilayer PCB design, impedance control, and EMI/EMC best practices.
• Knowledge of electric motors (BLDC, PMSM, induction) and their drive/controller electronics is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with communication interfaces such as CAN, SPI, I2C, and UART used in embedded motor control systems.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a quick-paced, product-focused engineering environment.
