Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily workshop and service operations.
• Lead service advisors, technicians, and workshop staff.
• Drive service revenue, labour sales, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor team productivity, repair quality, and vehicle delivery timelines.
• Handle customer complaints and escalations.
• Coordinate with spare parts teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Improve customer retention, repeat service business, and workshop efficiency.




• Ensure compliance with service standards and safety procedures. ✅ Who Can Apply?
