Salary upto 40,000+Incentives+Monthly Bonus Role Description This is a full time, on-site Study Abroad Counsellor role based in Jaipur. The Study Abroad Counsellor will guide students in identifying suitable international course programs and scholarship opportunities aligned with their academic interests and financial needs. Responsibilities include conducting detailed profile assessments, explaining admission and scholarship requirements, and supporting students through documentation, application, and timeline management. The counsellor will provide individual counselling sessions, facilitate online or in-person consultations,



and maintain accurate records of student interactions and application status. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams, staying updated on global education trends, and contributing to outreach activities that promote Standyou’s mission of affordable quality education. Qualifications
• Strong student counselling and advisory skills, with the ability to understand academic profiles, career goals, and financial constraints.
• Knowledge of international education systems, admission processes, and scholarship or financial aid structures for multiple destination countries.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including clear spoken and written English and the ability to conduct 1:1 guidance sessions.
• Organizational and time-management skills for handling multiple applications, deadlines, and documentation requirements simultaneously.
• Comfort with using digital platforms, CRM tools, and online communication technologies for application tracking and virtual counselling.
• Analytical mindset and attention to detail for reviewing eligibility criteria, verifying documents, and matching students to suitable scholarships.
• Collaborative approach and customer-centric attitude, with a commitment to ethical, non-discriminatory guidance and student success.
• Bachelor’s degree in education, counselling, management, or a related field; prior experience in study abroad counselling, admissions, or education consulting is preferred.
