Key Responsibilities
• Handle incoming leads and connect with potential clients via phone calls.
• Understand clients' requirements for birthdays, anniversaries, proposals, romantic dates, and other special events.
• Explain our services and suggest suitable event packages.
• Follow up with interested leads and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.
• Build strong client relationships through professional and timely communication.
• Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth client experience. Required Skills & Qualities
• Basic understanding of event management and celebration planning.
• Good verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.




• Confidence in handling clients online and over phone calls.
• Strong sales, negotiation, and lead-conversion skills.
• A positive attitude, patience, and a customer-focused approach.
• Previous telesales or sales experience is preferred.
