We're Hiring: Business Development Executive (IT Services & Products)

Experience:
1–3 Years Market Exposure: US / MENA (Preferred) Are you a results-driven Business Development professional with experience in B2B IT Services & Products Sales? We are looking for a motivated individual who can generate new business opportunities, build strong client relationships, and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end business development activities, from lead generation to deal closure.
• Identify and connect with potential international clients.
• Conduct prospecting through LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and other lead-generation channels.
• Schedule client meetings, understand business requirements, and coordinate proposals.
• Support negotiations and follow up with prospects to convert opportunities into clients.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and maintain a healthy business pipeline.
• Build and maintain solid, long-term client relationships.
• Maintain accurate and updated information in CRM.
• Research market trends and provide relevant market insights to the team. Must-Have Skills




• 1–3 years of experience in selling IT Services & Products such as Software Development, Cloud, AI, Digital Transformation, etc.
• Experience in B2B IT sales/business development is preferred.
• Hands-on experience in outbound prospecting using LinkedIn, email campaigns, cold calling, and other channels.
• Experience working with international clients; US/MENA exposure is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and negotiation skills.
• Understanding of the complete sales cycle, from prospecting to closure.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
