About the Role
We are looking for a result-oriented Affiliate Marketing Executive to manage and grow RupeeQ’s affiliate network. The candidate will be responsible for identifying affiliate partners, generating quality leads, tracking campaign performance, and driving customer acquisition through affiliate channels.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify, onboard, and manage new affiliate partners and publishers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliates, agencies, influencers, and lead-generation partners.
• Plan and execute affiliate marketing campaigns for RupeeQ’s financial products.
• Generate quality leads through affiliate and performance marketing channels.
• Monitor affiliate performance, conversions, CPL, ROI, and revenue.
• Track campaigns using affiliate platforms, links, dashboards, and analytics tools.
• Coordinate with internal sales and marketing teams to improve lead quality and conversions.
• Negotiate commission structures and commercial terms with affiliate partners.
• Identify high-performing affiliates and develop strategies to increase their contribution.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable financial marketing guidelines.
• Prepare regular performance reports and share insights with management.
• Research new affiliate opportunities,



publishers, platforms, and acquisition channels. Required Skills
• 1–3 years of experience in Affiliate Marketing / Performance Marketing / Digital Marketing.
• Experience in Lead Generation, preferably in FinTech, Loans, Banking, or Financial Services.
• Strong understanding of affiliate networks, CPL/CPA models, conversion tracking, and ROI.
• Good analytical and negotiation skills.
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and performance reporting.
• Ability to work with targets and performance-based KPIs. Preferred
• Experience working with Personal Loan, OD, Credit Card, Insurance, or other financial products.
• Existing network of affiliates, publishers, agencies, or lead-generation partners will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of affiliate tracking platforms and digital analytics tools. Key Performance Indicators
