About the Role
We’re looking for an MEP Maintenance Technician to manage the day-to-day maintenance of our existing centre and keep its facilities running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of electrical, plumbing, and air-conditioning systems.
• Troubleshoot faults and attend to breakdowns and minor repairs.
• Coordinate with external vendors for servicing and specialised repairs.
• Maintain service records and track maintenance schedules.
• Follow safety procedures and minimise disruption to centre operations. Essential Requirements
• Hands-on experience in building or facility maintenance.
• Practical knowledge of electrical systems, plumbing,



and basic air-conditioning maintenance.
• Ability to identify faults, carry out routine repairs safely, and recognise when specialist support is required.
• Reliability and the ability to respond promptly to maintenance issues. Preferred Qualifications
• ITI certification or a diploma in a relevant electrical or mechanical trade.
• Experience maintaining a healthcare centre or similar operational facility.
• Experience coordinating service vendors and annual maintenance contracts (AMCs).
• Familiarity with maintenance logs and preventive maintenance schedules. ?
