Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior DevOps Engineer with solid hands-on expertise in GitHub Enterprise and JFrog Artifactory to design, implement, and manage enterprise-scale DevOps tooling and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) solutions. The candidate should have proven experience in architecting and rolling out enterprise DevOps platforms, optimizing CI/CD pipelines, automating software delivery, and implementing secure development practices.

Key Responsibilities
• Architect, implement, and administer GitHub Enterprise for large enterprise environments.
• Manage GitHub organizations, repositories, teams, access controls, permissions, and RBAC.
• Design and maintain GitHub Actions workflows, reusable workflows, shared actions, and CI/CD automation frameworks.
• Configure and manage self-hosted GitHub Actions runners, preferably on Kubernetes.
• Administer and automate JFrog Artifactory, including repository management, access controls, artifact lifecycle management, and CI/CD integration.
• Design, optimize, and troubleshoot enterprise-scale CI/CD pipelines.
• Implement DevSecOps practices, including secret management, code scanning, dependency scanning, and vulnerability management.
• Develop automation scripts using Python,



Bash, or PowerShell.
• Work with Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration platforms.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Helm, and Kustomize.
• Configure and automate Jira Software workflows, permissions, custom fields, and automation rules.
• Collaborate with development, security, QA, and operations teams to improve developer productivity and software delivery.
• Identify root causes of technical issues and implement scalable, reliable solutions. Mandatory Skills
• Strong hands-on experience with GitHub Enterprise administration.
• GitHub Actions, reusable workflows, shared actions, and workflow security.
• GitHub organization management, RBAC, teams, and repository automation.
• JFrog Artifactory administration, automation, and CI/CD integration.
• Enterprise DevOps tooling architecture and implementation.
• CI/CD pipeline design, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Self-hosted GitHub runners; Kubernetes-based runners preferred.
• Kubernetes and Docker.
• Scripting using Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
• Infrastructure as Code: Terraform, Helm, or Kustomize.
• DevSecOps and secure software development practices.
• Jira Software administration and workflow automation.
