TVM (Thiruvananthapuram) / Pune Work Mode: Hybrid – 4 days per month in the office Employment Type: As per client requirements Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Data Modeler with strong expertise in enterprise data modeling, Data Vault methodologies, and data warehousing architecture. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience designing scalable data models, working with relational databases, and supporting modern cloud-based data platforms.

Key Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise data models and data structures.
• Implement and optimize Data Vault modeling techniques for enterprise data warehousing.
• Develop logical, conceptual, and physical data models aligned with business requirements.
• Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and business stakeholders to define data structures and modeling standards.
• Write and optimize SQL queries and work with relational database management systems.
• Support data warehouse architecture and data integration initiatives.
• Leverage cloud data services and big data technologies to support scalable data solutions.
• Ensure data quality, consistency, integrity, and adherence to modeling best practices.




• Communicate technical concepts and data architecture decisions effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Required Skills and Qualifications
• 8+ years of experience in enterprise data modeling, data structures, data engineering, or database design.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and hands-on experience with at least one RDBMS: MySQL, PostgreSQL, Oracle, or SQL Server.
• Strong hands-on experience with Data Vault modeling techniques.
• Solid understanding of data warehousing concepts, methodologies, and architecture.
• Exposure to big data technologies and platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud data services on Azure or AWS.
• Knowledge of data modeling tools such as Erwin.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Good to Have
• Familiarity with Data Mesh principles and data product design.
• Experience in team management or technical leadership.
• Experience working with modern cloud data platforms and enterprise-scale data environments. Ideal Candidate Profile The ideal candidate will combine solid data modeling fundamentals with practical Data Vault implementation experience, SQL expertise, and a sound understanding of enterprise data warehousing. The candidate should be comfortable collaborating across technical and business teams to deliver scalable, reliable data solutions.
