We are looking for a motivated, enthusiastic, and responsible HR Executive / HR Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, employee communication, and day-to-day HR activities. Candidates with any level of experience, including freshers, are welcome to apply. Candidates with good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end recruitment and hiring activities.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Contact candidates and schedule interviews with the management and technical teams.
• Coordinate interviews, follow-ups, and candidate feedback.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and employee records.
• Assist with onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation.
• Support HR operations, employee engagement, and attendance tracking.




• Communicate with candidates professionally through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
• Help the company attract and hire suitable talent for different job openings. Required Skills
• Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment and candidate screening.
• Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, email, and online job portals.
• Ability to manage multiple job openings and follow up with candidates.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good organizational skills.
• Knowledge of IT recruitment or technical hiring is an advantage but not mandatory. Eligibility
