Job Title: Claims Analytics Specialist – Power BI & Data Modelling

Job Description
We are hiring a Claims Analytics Specialist with strong insurance domain knowledge and hands-on Power BI development experience to drive claims reporting, analytics, and business intelligence initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Develop, design, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports using DAX, Power Query, and data modelling. Drive claims reporting and analytics across the claims lifecycle, including claims operations, loss development, reserving, and claims performance. Build and optimize reporting solutions, KPIs, metrics, and performance dashboards for business stakeholders. Lead reporting transformation initiatives and improve reporting efficiency through automation and process optimization. Perform data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights in claims data. Ensure data accuracy, consistency,



and reliability across reporting solutions. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into analytical solutions. Optimize Power BI reports for performance, usability, and scalability. Support report deployment, refresh schedules, and ongoing maintenance. Required Skills Strong hands-on experience in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, dashboard development, and data modelling. Solid insurance and claims domain knowledge, including claims operations, claims lifecycle, loss development, and claims reserving. Experience in claims reporting, KPIs, performance metrics, and business intelligence. Understanding of reporting transformation and process optimization. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
