Role Description The Project Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. The Project Engineer will oversee interior fit-out projects from planning through execution, ensuring work is completed to specification, on schedule, and within budget. This includes coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal teams, preparing project plans, tracking progress, and managing site activities. The role involves reviewing technical drawings, supervising contractors and vendors, monitoring quality and safety standards,



and resolving on-site issues. The Project Engineer will also support material selection, ensure compliance with relevant codes and guidelines, and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders. Qualifications
• Strong Project Engineering and Project Planning skills, with experience managing interior or construction projects from inception to handover.
• Proficient Project Management capabilities, including scheduling, resource allocation, risk management, and coordination with multiple stakeholders.
• Effective Communication skills for clear interaction with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams, both verbally and in writing.
• Relevant Electrical Engineering knowledge to interpret drawings, coordinate services, and ensure technical compliance for interior fit-out projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, or related field) or equivalent technical qualification.
• Hands-on experience in on-site execution, quality control, and safety practices within interior fit-out or construction environments.
• Proficiency in project-related software (such as MS Project, Excel, AutoCAD or similar) is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and adapt to dynamic site conditions and timelines.
