Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Network Engineer role based in Chidambaram. The Network Engineer will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining secure and reliable network infrastructure across switches, routers, firewalls, and related systems. Day-to-day activities include monitoring network performance, performing routine administration tasks, diagnosing and resolving connectivity and configuration issues, and applying best practices for network security and high availability. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to support project deployments,



documenting network configurations and changes, and assisting with capacity planning and optimization. The Network Engineer is expected to proactively identify improvement opportunities, implement patches and upgrades, and ensure compliance with organizational standards and security policies. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess solid skills in Network Engineering and Network Design to architect, implement, and optimize LAN/WAN and related infrastructures.
• Candidates should possess solid Network Administration skills to manage devices, monitor performance, and handle configuration, backup, and routine maintenance tasks.
• Candidates should possess advanced Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve network incidents, performance issues, and hardware or software faults efficiently.
• Candidates should possess robust Network Security skills to configure firewalls, VPNs, access controls, and security policies, and to support compliance with information security standards.
• Relevant hands-on experience with routing and switching technologies (e.g., Cisco, Juniper, or equivalent), TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and VPN solutions.
• Strong understanding of enterprise networking concepts, including scalability, redundancy, and high availability architectures.
• Ability to document network designs and procedures clearly, and to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electronics, or a related field,
