We provide height increase surgery, limb length discrepancy treatment, deformity correction, non-union fracture treatment, and comprehensive orthopedic rehabilitation. Role DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled, confident, and dedicated Physiotherapist with a BPT/MPT qualification and specialization in Orthopedics to join our team. The candidate will provide rehabilitation care to patients undergoing limb lengthening surgeries and other orthopedic procedures.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop and implement personalized physiotherapy and rehabilitation plans.
• Conduct physical assessments and monitor patients' mobility, strength, and recovery.
• Provide post-operative rehabilitation for orthopedic and limb lengthening patients.
• Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, mobility training, and functional recovery.
• Educate patients on rehabilitation protocols, precautions, and home exercises.
• Maintain patient records and track treatment progress.
• Coordinate with doctors and the healthcare team to ensure effective patient care.




• Participate in camera-facing activities, including educational videos, patient awareness content, and rehabilitation demonstrations for social media. Qualifications & Requirements
•

Education:
BPT or MPT with a specialization in Orthopedics (MPT Ortho preferred).
•

Experience:
Minimum 2+ years of professional physiotherapy experience.
• Gender: Male and female candidates are welcome to apply.
• Female Candidates: Senior and experienced female physiotherapists are preferred.
• Camera-Friendly: Must be comfortable and confident appearing on camera for educational videos, patient awareness content, and social media activities.
• Solid knowledge of anatomy, exercise therapy, mobility training, and orthopedic rehabilitation techniques.
• Experience in post-surgical rehabilitation is preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient-management skills.
• Ability to motivate patients and provide compassionate, patient-focused care.
• Valid professional registration or licensing, wherever applicable.
