Role Description This is a full-time, in office role for a CA (Final) Student based in Gurugram. The Article will assist in the preparation, analysis, and review of financial statements and reports, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting and regulatory standards. Daily responsibilities include supporting audit assignments, performing accounting and finance-related reconciliations, and contributing to tax and advisory engagements under supervision. The role involves researching financial and regulatory issues, drafting work papers and documentation, supervision of accounting updation and communicating findings clearly to team members. The Article will collaborate closely with senior professionals,
participate in client meetings when required, and maintain accurate records to support high-quality service delivery. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, identify trends, and support informed decision-making.
• Candidates should possess a solid understanding of Financial Statements and Finance to assist with audits, reviews, and advisory assignments.
• Candidates should possess sound Accounting knowledge and the ability to apply relevant standards and principles in day-to-day work.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to interact with team members and clients, and to document work clearly and accurately.
• CA (Final) students who have completed the required academic stages and are eligible for articleship training.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic accounting software; familiarity with audit tools is an advantage.
• Ability to work diligently on-site in Gurugram, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
• Demonstrated integrity, professional ethics, and a willingness to learn and grow within a client-focused consulting environment.
