As a Content Creator, you will be responsible for producing engaging educational content for our website, YouTube channel, and social media platforms. You should be comfortable presenting videos on camera, editing video content, creating AI generated voice overs, designing professional graphics and thumbnails, publishing website content through WordPress, and using AI tools throughout the content creation process. The ideal candidate should be able to take content from an initial idea to a polished, ready to publish final product. 1. Video Presentation
• Present educational finance videos confidently in front of a camera.
• Maintain professional presentation, voice clarity, and on camera confidence.
• Record long form YouTube videos and short form videos for social media platforms. 2. Video Editing
• Edit videos for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
• Add subtitles, transitions, background music, visual effects, and relevant footage.
• Incorporate supporting visuals, animations, charts, and text overlays where appropriate.
• Synchronize voice overs, visuals, and subtitles. 3. AI Voice Over Creation
• Create professional AI generated voice overs for educational videos.
• Use AI voice generation tools to produce natural sounding narration.
• Select suitable voices, accents, tones, and speaking styles for different types of content.
• Produce voice overs for long form YouTube videos and short form social media content. 4. Graphic Design
• Design skilled and engaging YouTube thumbnails.
• Create graphics for social media posts, reels, and other digital content.
• Maintain consistent visual styles across different platforms.
• Use tools such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or similar graphic design software. 5.



WordPress Website Management
• Upload, format, and publish articles on the website using WordPress.
• Format website content using headings, paragraphs, images, and other page elements.
• Add featured images, image alt text, categories, tags, and relevant internal links. 6. Social Media Content Creation
• Prepare content for YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
• Assist with video titles, descriptions, captions, hashtags, and publishing requirements.
• Publish and schedule content across social media platforms. Required Skills
• Good communication and on camera presentation skills.
• Practical knowledge of video editing.
• Ability to create and edit AI generated voice overs.
• Graphic design skills, especially YouTube thumbnails and social media graphics.
• Basic knowledge of WordPress.
• Understanding of YouTube and social media content formats. Preferred Tools Experience with some of the following tools is an advantage.
• Video Editing: CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar tools.
