Role Description The Project Development Intern will support the design, planning, and execution of product and process improvement initiatives across Innosagar Makers’ portfolio. In this full-time remote role, the intern will assist in gathering requirements, conducting market and technical research, preparing documentation, and coordinating project timelines with cross-functional teams. Daily responsibilities may include drafting project reports, contributing to prototype or concept development, tracking progress against milestones,



and communicating updates to supervisors and stakeholders. The intern will also help identify opportunities for innovation, cost optimization, and user experience enhancements while learning standard project management practices and tools. Qualifications
• Foundational understanding of project management concepts, including planning, task tracking, and basic documentation.
• Strong research and analytical abilities to gather information, compare alternatives, and support data-driven decisions.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills for preparing reports, summaries, and stakeholder updates.
• Comfort with remote collaboration tools and productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentation tools, project tracking platforms).
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines in a remote full time setting.
• Curiosity and interest in product development, innovation, engineering, or related fields; prior academic or project experience in these areas is an advantage.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in engineering, technology, design, business, or a related discipline is preferred.
• Willingness to learn, adapt to evolving project needs, and contribute proactively to cross-functional initiatives.
