• Connect with 250–300+ student leads daily to understand their higher education aspirations (Online Degrees, Regular Universities, Study Abroad).
• Guide students with objective counselling and recommend suitable university options.
• Drive regular follow-ups and convert qualified interest into confirmed student admissions.
• Maintain clean lead records and pipeline tracking in our CRM. Who Should Apply:
• 0.5 to 2+ years of experience in high-velocity outbound calling / inside sales (EdTech, insurance, banking, or customer acquisition).
• High stamina for dialler-based outreach and consistent daily target delivery.
• Strong communication, active listening, and relationship-building skills in Hindi and English.
• Strong desire to earn lucrative incentives on every closure. Perks & Compensation:
