Role Description The Data Science Trainer role is a Full -time, remote position focused on delivering high-quality data science education to learners across diverse backgrounds. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and delivering live online classes, explaining complex data science concepts in an accessible manner, and guiding learners through practical exercises, projects, and case studies. The trainer will develop and update course materials, lesson plans, and assessments, ensuring content remains current with industry trends and tools.



Additional tasks include providing feedback on assignments, mentoring learners on career pathways, and collaborating with the academic team to improve curriculum design and learning outcomes. Qualifications
• Strong foundation in Science Education with the ability to connect concepts to real-world data science applications.
• Expertise in Physics and Mathematics to explain statistical, analytical, and modeling techniques clearly.
• Experience as a Qualified Teacher, with proven skills in lesson planning, classroom management, and learner engagement.
• Demonstrated ability to design structured lesson plans, assessments, and learning activities tailored to varied skill levels.
• Hands-on experience with data science tools and technologies (e.g., Python/R, SQL, machine learning libraries) is highly beneficial.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to teach online in a transparent and interactive manner.
• Prior experience in training, coaching, or mentoring learners in technical or analytical subjects is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Engineering, or related discipline).
