Role Description The Operations Team Member is a full-time on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role involves overseeing daily café operations, including coordinating order preparation, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards, and ensuring timely service to guests. The team member will support inventory checks, assist in managing supplies, and help implement standard operating procedures. Responsibilities also include engaging with customers, handling basic sales transactions,



and collaborating with colleagues to maintain a smooth and efficient workflow. Qualifications
• Robust Analytical Skills to monitor daily performance, identify issues, and support process improvements.
• Effective Communication skills to interact with customers, coordinate with team members, and share operational updates.
• Sales skills to support upselling of menu items, promote special offerings, and contribute to revenue growth.
• Operations Management and Project Management skills to help execute store processes, support small initiatives, and ensure consistent service standards.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced food service environment with attention to hygiene and safety.
• Basic knowledge of POS systems or willingness to learn.
• Prior experience in F&B;, QSR, or retail operations is an advantage but not mandatory.
• Flexible to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.
