₹15,000 per month + performance incentives Employment: Full time, 30-day initial performance review Work: Field sales and business development About Zirvance Zirvance provides IT hardware procurement, Microsoft 365 and cloud services, and business IT support to small and medium-sized organisations. Responsibilities
* Identify and acquire business customers in Hyderabad.
* Sell laptops, desktops, computer accessories, networking equipment and IT subscriptions.
* Generate opportunities for Microsoft 365 licensing, cloud setup and migration.
* Promote IT health checks and monthly IT support agreements.
* Make customer visits, prepare quotations and follow up on opportunities.
* Maintain accurate lead records and provide weekly sales reports.
* Coordinate with management on pricing, orders and customer requirements. Requirements




* 1–2 years of B2B sales or business development experience preferred.
* IT hardware, software licensing or IT services sales experience is an advantage.
* Good communication, negotiation and follow-up skills.
* Comfortable with field visits, telephone outreach and CRM tools.
* Self-motivated, organised and target-oriented. Compensation Fixed salary of ₹15,000 per month, plus commission under a written incentive policy based on eligible collected gross profit. Approved business travel expenses will be reimbursed separately.
