Role Description The Social Media Content Creator will work full time on-site at our Madurai office, developing and executing day-to-day content for various social media platforms. Responsibilities include planning content calendars, creating short-form and long-form visual and written content, shooting and editing photo and video materials, and adapting content to suit different platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging channels. The role also involves monitoring trends, collaborating with the marketing team to align content with campaign goals, and optimizing posts for engagement and organic growth. The Social Media Content Creator will engage with online communities, analyze performance metrics,



and continually refine content strategies to support client growth objectives. Qualifications
• Strong skills in social media content creation, including concept development and storytelling.
• Proficiency in photo and video shooting, with the ability to work with different formats and environments.
• Experience with video and image editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Canva, or similar software).
• Understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices for organic reach and audience engagement.
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing and content marketing principles to support campaigns and brand positioning.
• Ability to analyze social media performance metrics and translate insights into actionable content improvements.
• Solid written and verbal communication skills in English; regional language skills are an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Madurai, collaborate effectively with a creative team, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Previous experience in a social media, creative, or marketing role is preferred; a relevant degree or certification in media, communication, marketing, or design is beneficial.
