About the Role
Talendroid Technologies is hiring a Senior NFR / Performance Test Engineer to plan, automate, and execute non-functional testing for complex enterprise applications. The role focuses on performance, stability, resilience, and high availability across standalone and HA deployments.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, design, execute, and report end-to-end non-functional testing activities.
• Perform load, stress, endurance/soak, scalability, and capacity testing.
• Validate stability, resilience, and high availability through failover, recovery, restart, upgrade, and fault-injection scenarios.
• Develop and maintain automated performance test scripts, suites, execution frameworks, workload models, and performance baselines.
• Analyse bottlenecks and collaborate with development, architecture, DevOps, and infrastructure teams to identify performance risks and drive improvements.
• Produce performance dashboards, NFR test reports, root-cause analysis, and actionable recommendations. Required Skills




• 6–8 years of relevant experience in non-functional and performance testing.
• Strong hands-on experience in performance, stability, resilience, high availability, failover, and recovery testing.
• Proficiency in JMeter or an equivalent performance testing tool.
• Experience building automated performance test suites, workload models, and baselines.
• Positive understanding of system architecture, network topology, and networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, firewalls, and network latency.
• Familiarity with virtual machines and virtualisation technologies such as VMware, Hyper-V, VirtualBox, or equivalent.
• Experience working with Linux/Windows server environments and Jira for test tracking and management.
• Understanding of AI-assisted development and testing practices to improve productivity, quality, and test coverage.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
