Role Description The Zoho Developer role is a full time, on-site position based in Hyderabad. The Zoho Developer will design, develop, and customize Zoho CRM and Zoho Apps to meet client-specific business requirements, including creating workflows, custom fields, layouts, automation rules, and integrations. Responsibilities include configuring modules, building custom functions and scripts, developing reports and dashboards, and ensuring data integrity and performance. The role involves collaborating closely with consultants, project managers, and client stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical specifications,



and implement solutions within defined timelines. The Zoho Developer will also provide ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, perform system administration tasks, and contribute to testing, documentation, and continuous improvement of Zoho-based solutions. Qualifications
• Strong hands-on experience with Zoho CRM and Zoho Apps, including configuration, customization, workflow automation, and Zoho Deluge scripting.
• Proficiency in web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and REST/SOAP APIs for building and integrating Zoho solutions with external systems.
• Experience with CRM and ERP concepts, including sales, marketing, service processes, data modeling, and business process automation.
• Ability to analyze client requirements, design technical solutions, create detailed documentation, and support testing and deployment activities.
• Solid problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills, with attention to detail and a focus on quality and performance.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with consulting teams and client stakeholders in a project-based environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, or other CRM/ERP platforms, and familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Heroku) is an added advantage.
• Comfort working in an on-site, fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks
