The Platter works as an extension of client teams, blending storytelling with analytics to boost discoverability, strengthen digital-first brand identities, and run campaigns that drive orders. Role Description The Social Media Associate is a full-time, on-site role based in Hyderabad. This role supports day-to-day social media activities, including planning and publishing posts, creating engaging content tailored to brand audiences, and helping manage brand pages across key platforms. The Social Media Assistant will monitor comments and messages, help respond to audience interactions, and track basic performance metrics to support campaign optimization. The role also includes collaborating with designers, content strategists,



and account managers to maintain consistent brand messaging and execute social media calendars. The Social Media Assistant will contribute ideas for campaigns, trends, and formats that can enhance reach and engagement for client brands. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Social Media and Social Media Marketing skills, with familiarity in managing brand pages on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant channels.
• Candidates should possess Social Media Content Creation and Writing skills, including the ability to craft clear, engaging, and brand-aligned captions and basic visual content ideas.
• Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including the ability to collaborate with internal teams and interact professionally with clients when required.
• Relevant skills such as basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, knowledge of food and beverage industry trends, and comfort working with social media analytics tools are beneficial.
