About the Role
At Trove, we create immersive, hands-on experiences that help people discover new interests, perspectives and ways of looking at the world. We’re looking for a Content Strategist who can bring this ethos to life across our communication. This role combines creative thinking with strong project management. You should have an eye for detail across copy, design and video, a strong command of English, and the ability to bring multiple ongoing projects and people together to deliver thoughtful, high-quality content.

What you'll do
• Translate Trove’s ethos into compelling communication across touchpoints, including experience promotions, campaigns, partnerships, and brand storytelling.
• Review copy, design and video with a keen eye for creativity and detail, ensuring every piece is well-crafted, cohesive and true to Trove’s tonality.
• Coordinate with content, design, video and other stakeholders to move projects from brief to execution, keeping priorities, timelines and deliverables on track.
• Identify gaps, streamline workflows and establish repeatable processes that make the team more organised, effective and consistent.
• Articulate ideas clearly, sharpen messaging and write or refine copy when needed, with the ability to understand and apply Trove’s distinct voice.
• Keep multiple functions and ongoing initiatives aligned, proactively identify what needs to happen next, and ensure things move forward without constant follow-ups. Qualities we are looking for:

• 4+ years of experience, ideally in an agency or startup environment.
• Experience contributing to building a business, brand, team or function from the ground up; leading a team (even a small one); or being the person who brings people and projects together to make things happen.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Canva, Figma, and/ or similar platforms for planning, project management, presentations and performance tracking. Comfortable leveraging AI to work smarter, but able to think critically and work independently without relying on it for every task.
