Job Description
We are looking for a hands-on Digital Marketing Executive who can run day-to-day social media and paid advertising across several brands at once. You will plan and publish content, build and optimise Meta and Google Ads campaigns, and keep multiple brand projects moving to tight deadlines. Educational

Qualifications:
BFA in Applied Art OR Digital Arts / Multimedia OR Interaction Design is preferred. Required

Skills:
• 1–2 years of hands-on digital marketing experience, at an agency or in-house.




• Proven experience running Meta Ads campaigns end to end: campaign setup, audiences, creatives, budgets and optimisation.
• Proven experience running Google Ads campaigns: Search, Performance Max and Display at minimum.
• Robust understanding of social media platforms, algorithms and what drives engagement and reach.

Key Responsibilities
• Plan, schedule and publish content across Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn and YouTube for multiple brands, following each brand's tone and guidelines.
• Build and maintain monthly content calendars for regular posts, festive campaigns, product launches and offers.
• Brief and coordinate with designers and video editors on creatives, reels and stories.
• Grow engagement and reach through trends, reels, community management and timely replies to comments and DMs.
• Track post and page performance and recommend what to post more or less of.
• Set up, run and optimise Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) for awareness, traffic, lead generation and sales objectives.
• Set up, run and optimise Google Ads campaigns: Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube and Shopping.
• Do keyword research, audience targeting, retargeting and lookalike audience setup.
• Handle digital marketing tasks for several brands in parallel and deliver to agreed deadlines.
• Maintain campaign trackers and keep task status up to date. What We Value:
