Key Responsibilities
• Make outbound calls to prospective clients and businesses to generate leads.
• Introduce and promote the company's IT services, software solutions, and technology offerings.
• Identify potential customers and understand their business requirements.
• Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
• Follow up with leads through phone calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM.
• Build and maintain a database of prospective clients.
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly lead-generation targets.
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams to improve conversion rates. Requirements
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good telephone etiquette and convincing abilities.




• Basic understanding of IT services, software solutions, or B2B sales is preferred.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, email communication, and CRM tools is an advantage.
• Ability to handle objections and engage confidently with prospective clients.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently. Preferred Experience
• Freshers with strong communication skills may apply.
• Experience in telemarketing, telesales, lead generation, or IT sales will be an added advantage.
