- Purchase Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary We are looking for an experienced Team Leader – Purchase to manage procurement activities, vendor development, negotiations, and timely availability of materials required for smooth business and production operations.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise the Purchase team and monitor daily procurement activities.
• Plan and execute procurement based on production requirements, inventory levels, and business needs.
• Ensure timely preparation and release of Purchase Orders (POs) and regular vendor follow-up.
• Identify, evaluate, develop, and maintain reliable suppliers.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, quality, and delivery schedules with vendors.
• Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues related to quality, shortages, delays, and delivery.
• Develop and maintain robust relationships with key suppliers.
• Monitor purchase costs, procurement KPIs, and opportunities for cost reduction.
• Allocate work within the Purchase team and monitor individual performance.
• Train, guide, and mentor Purchase Executives.




• Coordinate with Production, Stores, Quality, Accounts, and other departments for timely material availability.
• Maintain proper purchase records, documentation, and ERP updates.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement processes and policies. Qualification
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP Business One preferred) will be an advantage. Experience
• 3–10 years of experience in Procurement/Purchase, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 3 year of team leadership/supervisory experience.
• Experience in Industrial Products, Hoses, Rubber Products, Hydraulics, or Engineering Components will be preferred.
