Role Description The Laundry Attendant is a full-time remote role responsible for ensuring that all linens, towels, and guest garments are cleaned to high standards and delivered on time. Day-to-day tasks include sorting laundry by type and fabric, operating washers and dryers according to established procedures, and using appropriate detergents and care methods. The role involves inspecting items for stains or damage, treating stains, folding and organizing cleaned laundry,



and preparing items for distribution to guest rooms and resort facilities. The Laundry Attendant also maintains accurate records of laundry volumes, keeps equipment and work areas clean and protected, and communicates with the team to meet service timelines and quality expectations. Qualifications
• Strong practical skills in Laundry and Laundry Services, including sorting, washing, drying, and handling different fabrics.
• Ability to operate and monitor Dryers and other laundry equipment safely and efficiently.
• Effective Communication and Customer Service skills to coordinate with team members and support guest needs.
• Attention to detail, focus on cleanliness and hygiene, and commitment to maintaining resort quality standards.
• Ability to follow safety guidelines and standard operating procedures in a hospitality or similar service environment.
• Good physical stamina to manage repetitive tasks such as lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods.
• Previous experience in hotel or resort laundry operations is preferred but not mandatory.
• Basic literacy and numeracy skills to read instructions, label items, and keep simple records.
