Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for an Architect/Project Manager focusing on banking projects. The role involves leading architectural design for branches and offices, preparing concepts, layouts, and detailed drawings aligned with banking standards and compliance requirements. The Architect/Project Manager will coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and vendors, manage project schedules and budgets, and oversee site execution from planning through handover.



Daily responsibilities include reviewing design and technical documents, conducting site visits, tracking progress, resolving on-site issues, and ensuring quality and safety standards. The role also requires documentation, reporting, and continuous communication with stakeholders to maintain timelines and deliverables. Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including space planning and detailing for commercial and banking environments.
• Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, including scheduling, budgeting, resource coordination, and risk management for multiple concurrent projects.
• Candidates should possess skills in Integration and basic Software Development understanding, enabling coordination between architectural plans and banking technology/IT infrastructure.
• Relevant degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering from an accredited institution
