• Find and build relationships with potential brand, creator, fitness, community, and corporate partners
• Reach out to potential partners and turn conversations into collaborations
• Come up with creative partnership ideas
• Help increase engagement and grow our community
• Take partnerships from idea → execution
• Track outreach, follow-ups, and opportunities We’re looking for someone who
• Is confident, proactive, and outstanding at communicating
• Enjoys talking to people and building relationships
• Can spot opportunities and take initiative
• Is organised and good at following up
• Thinks creatively and gets things done
• Is comfortable using Google Sheets
• Has strong spoken and written English Prior experience in BD, partnerships, growth, sales, marketing, or community is a plus
