• Candidates should possess strong skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting, including sourcing, screening, selection, and offer management.
• Candidates should possess skills in Hiring and Interviewing, with experience driving structured interview processes and collaborating with hiring managers.
• Candidates should possess experience in Employer Branding, including promoting the organization’s value proposition across online and offline channels.
• Relevant experience in talent acquisition for fast-growing organizations, ideally in EdTech or related sectors.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple requisitions, and deliver within tight timelines.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruitment analytics, and social media sourcing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field; advanced certifications in HR or recruitment are an advantage.
