Experience:
3–4 years Employment Type: Full-time, in-house Joining: Immediate We’re looking for an organised, proactive Associate Producer with a background in advertising and film production. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working on TVCs, DVCs, and campaign films, supporting projects from pre-production through final delivery. In this role, you will:
• Work closely with producers, directors, and creative teams to plan and execute productions.
• Coordinate pre-production activities, including schedules, budgets, casting, locations, crew, and vendors.
• Manage shoot logistics and support on-set coordination to keep productions running smoothly.
• Track timelines, production expenses, and deliverables.
• Coordinate with editors, sound teams, colourists, and other post-production partners.
• Communicate with clients and internal teams on feedback, approvals, and project updates.




• Help resolve production challenges while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines. We’re looking for someone who brings:
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in advertising and film production.
• A portfolio of work across TVCs, DVCs, and campaign films.
• A solid understanding of pre-production, shoot execution, and post-production workflows.
• Solid organisational, communication, and coordination skills.
• The ability to manage multiple projects, prioritise tasks, and work under tight deadlines.
• Attention to detail, ownership of tasks, and a practical approach to problem-solving.
• This is a full-time, in-house position, and candidates must be available to join immediately.
