? We’re Hiring: International Travel Sales Executive (CRM & Client Closing) ? Paldi, Ahmedabad | ? Female candidates only | ? ₹22,000 – ₹27,000 per month Jet A Fly Holidays Private Limited is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced international travel sales professional to join our team. If you can turn a lead into a confirmed booking, we’d like to meet you.

About the role
You will handle international travel enquiries from first contact to deal closure. You’ll understand each client’s needs, build a suitable package, present it well, and close the booking.

Key responsibilities
• Handle incoming international leads and enquiries
• Understand client

requirements:
destination, dates, budget, number of travelers and preferences
• Create customized international packages (flights, hotels, transfers, sightseeing, visa support)
• Prepare and share clear quotations and itineraries
• Negotiate with clients and close the deal
• Follow up with clients by call, WhatsApp and email until the booking is confirmed
• Update every lead, follow-up and booking in the CRM on time
• Maintain client and booking data in Google Sheets and Excel
• Coordinate with the operations team so the client’s trip runs smoothly




• Give clients a great experience before, during and after the trip Requirements
• Female candidates only, currently living in Ahmedabad
• Minimum 2 years of experience in travel sales or a similar sales role
• Good knowledge of CRM software (updating leads, follow-ups, status)
• Strong data entry skills in Google Sheets and Excel
• Professional email communication and drafting skills
• Excellent communication in English, Hindi and Gujarati (spoken and written)
• Positive convincing and negotiation skills
• Target-driven, organized and a quick learner Good to have
• Knowledge of international destinations, visa processes and flight bookings
• Experience handling leads from enquiry to payment collection

Salary:
₹22,000 – ₹27,000 per month (based on experience)
