Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Panaji for a Regional Training Manager at Aditya Birla Sun Life Insurance. The Regional Training Manager will design, deliver, and evaluate training programs for sales teams, branch staff, and channel partners to enhance product knowledge, sales skills, and compliance awareness. Responsibilities include conducting classroom and on-the-job training sessions, organizing induction programs for current hires, and providing ongoing coaching and performance support to existing team members. The role involves assessing training needs, creating training calendars, developing learning materials and tools,



and tracking training effectiveness through measurable performance indicators. The Regional Training Manager will collaborate closely with regional leadership and HR to align training initiatives with business goals and regulatory standards, ensuring a consistent and high-quality learning experience across the region. Qualifications
• Strong expertise in training design, delivery, and facilitation, including classroom, on-the-job, and blended learning methods.
• Proficiency in sales, distribution, and customer relationship skills within financial services or insurance, with the ability to coach teams on consultative selling.
• Solid understanding of life insurance products, regulatory guidelines, and compliance requirements in the Indian insurance market.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse learner groups and regional stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze performance data, conduct training needs assessments, and measure training impact using defined metrics.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with capability to manage training calendars and multiple regional initiatives.
• Comfort with basic digital tools and learning platforms for training content creation, tracking, and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; a postgraduate qualification or certification in Training, HR, Insurance, or Management is an advantage.
• Prior experience in training or learning and development within life insurance or financial services is highly preferred.
