Experience:
3+ Years We are looking for an experienced territory Service Manager to drive service business performance, dealer profitability, customer satisfaction and service excellence across the assigned region.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage multiple dealer workshops and drive service business growth
• Lead and develop on-roll service teams
• Improve service revenue, retention, inflow and workshop profitability
• Drive CSI/NPS and customer complaint resolution
• Monitor dealer performance and implement corrective action plans
• Provide technical and warranty support
• Drive service quality, audits,



SOP adherence and campaigns
• Develop dealer manpower capability through coaching and training •Work closely with Sales, Parts and Dealer teams Key Requirement: Automotive After Sales / Service experience Strong dealer network management experience V Mandatory on-roll team handling experience Experience in service business, workshop operations and dealer profitability robust customer satisfaction and technical/service quality exposure Wilingness to travel across the assigned territory.
