About the Role
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect with experience in Retail, Hospitality, or F&B; design to join our Design team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing new stores, renovations, remodels, and retrofit projects while ensuring brand standards, functionality, customer experience, and project timelines are met.

Key Responsibilities
• Develop architectural designs and layouts for new stores and renovation projects.
• Create cutting-edge, functional, and visually appealing design solutions aligned with brand requirements.
• Conduct site surveys and prepare measured drawings.
• Plan spaces with a strong focus on customer flow and guest experience.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants, vendors, and stakeholders throughout the design process.
• Produce accurate design drawings and documentation using industry-standard software.
• Ensure designs comply with building codes, local regulations, MEP requirements, and brand guidelines.
• Support construction teams with design clarifications, modifications, and material approvals.
• Identify value-engineering opportunities to optimize project costs without compromising quality.




• Track project progress and ensure timely delivery within budget. Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.
Arch).
• 3-5 years of post-graduate experience as an Architect.
• Mandatory experience in Retail, Hospitality, or F&B; design projects.
• Strong knowledge of:
• Space planning and customer flow analysis
• Building codes and life-safety regulations
• Retail/F&B; design requirements
• Materials, finishes, and construction methods
• Experience in handling multiple projects simultaneously. Technical Skills Proficiency in one or more of the following:
• AutoCAD
• Revit
• SketchUp
• Rhino
