* Talent Acquisition: Lead recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning to build high performing teams.
* People & Culture: Foster employee engagement, accountability and a positive workplace culture.
* Performance & Development: Drive performance management, employee development and retention.
* HR Systems & Policies: Establish effective HR processes, policies and systems that support business growth.
* Payroll & Compliance: Oversee compensation, payroll, statutory compliance and employee records.




* Employee Relations: Address workplace concerns with fairness, maturity and sound judgement.
* Business Partnership: Work closely with senior leadership to align people strategies with business priorities. The Right Fit for Our Foundation. We are looking for a professional who combines people skills with business acumen and the ability to get things done.
* 8–10 years of hands-on experience across core HR functions.
* MBA or PGDM in HR preferred.
* Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills.
* A proactive mindset with the ability to build processes, solve problems and take ownership.
* Sound judgement, discretion and the ability to handle sensitive employee matters.
