About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Founder's Office Intern to work directly with the founders on high-impact business initiatives. This is a cross-functional role offering hands-on exposure to different aspects of building a D2C brand, including strategy, growth, sales, marketing, operations, and new business initiatives. You won't be restricted to a single department. Instead, you'll work on diverse projects, solve real business problems, and take ownership of initiatives that directly contribute to Nuyug's growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Strategic Projects & New Initiatives: Work closely with the founders to research, evaluate, launch, and scale new business verticals, channels, and growth opportunities.
• Sales & Business Development: Support initiatives to drive revenue, explore new sales channels, build partnerships, and identify business opportunities.
• Marketing & Growth: Collaborate on marketing campaigns, customer acquisition initiatives, brand-building activities, and growth experiments.
• Business Operations: Work across functions to identify operational challenges, improve processes, and drive execution of key projects.
• Research & Analytics: Conduct market research, competitor benchmarking,



customer insights analysis, and business performance tracking to support decision-making.
• Cross-Functional Execution: Coordinate with different teams, manage project timelines, and ensure initiatives move from ideas to execution. Responsibilities will evolve based on business priorities, giving you exposure to multiple functions and opportunities to take ownership. Who We're Looking For
• Undergraduate or postgraduate students, recent graduates, or individuals looking to gain hands-on startup experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical and structured approach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive, resourceful, and execution-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfortable working across multiple projects and adapting to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and PowerPoint is preferred.
