Role Description SAP SD Application Support Consultant 4-6 Years Must Have
• 4+ years of SAP SD experience
• Strong AMS/Application Support and ticket handling experience.
• Expertise in Order-to-Cash (OTC), Sales Orders, Delivery, and Billing.
• Hands-on experience in Pricing and Credit Management.
• Strong knowledge of IDOC Processing, EDI, and Output Management.
• Experience in Incident, Service Request, Problem & Change Management.
• Configuration and support experience in SAP SD.
• Valuable exposure to SAP S/4HANA Sales processes. Good to Have
• ABAP Debugging, LSMW, Job Monitoring/Scheduling.
• Cross-functional exposure to MM, FICO, PP, APO, GTS, WM along with Third-Party, Consignment, Returns, and STO processes. Skills SAP SD, AMS, Support, HANA, OTC
