Key Responsibilities
? Identify and generate recent business opportunities through Upwork, Guru, and other freelancing platforms. ? Research client requirements and prepare compelling, customized proposals. ? Manage the complete bidding process, from lead generation to project closure. ? Communicate with potential clients, conduct follow-ups, and negotiate project terms. ? Collaborate with the technical team to understand project requirements and prepare accurate proposals. ? Build long-term client relationships and contribute to business growth. ? Achieve bidding targets and maximize project conversion rates. ✅ What We’re Looking For ✔️ 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT Sales, Online Bidding,



or Business Development. ✔️ Hands-on experience with Upwork and Guru. ✔️ Excellent written and verbal communication skills. ✔️ Strong proposal writing, negotiation, and client-handling abilities. ✔️ Understanding of IT services, including Web Development, WordPress, and Custom Software Development. ✔️ Comfortable working remotely during night shifts. ✔️ A proactive, target-oriented professional with a passion for sales and client acquisition.
