We are looking for an experienced SAP PP/QM Consultant with 4+ years of relevant experience in SAP Production Planning and Quality Management and at least one end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation. The candidate should have strong functional knowledge of manufacturing processes, SAP PP/QM configuration, business requirements gathering, testing, and implementation activities.

Key Responsibilities
• Configure and support SAP PP functionalities, including Material Requirements Planning (MRP), BOMs, routings, work centers, production versions, and production orders.
• Configure and support SAP QM processes, including inspection plans, inspection characteristics, inspection lots, quality notifications, and usage decisions.
• Participate in end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation projects, covering requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, cutover, and go-live support.
• Understand and map business processes related to production planning, shop-floor execution, and quality inspection.
• Work on integration between SAP PP/QM and other modules, including MM, SD, CO, and warehouse management, as applicable.
• Support MRP runs, production order processing, capacity planning, and production scheduling.
• Configure quality inspection processes for procurement, in-process production, and finished goods.
• Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents,



and test scripts.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and UAT, and resolve functional issues.
• Provide post-go-live support, troubleshoot production issues, and perform root-cause analysis.
• Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery. Required Skills and Qualifications
• Minimum 4 years of relevant hands-on experience in SAP PP/QM.
• At least one complete end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP PP configuration and production planning processes.
• Valuable understanding of SAP QM configuration and quality management processes.
• Experience with BOMs, routings, work centers, MRP, production orders, inspection plans, and quality notifications.
• Understanding of integration with SAP MM, SD, and CO.
• Experience in functional testing, documentation, issue resolution, and user support.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA manufacturing processes.
• Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications relevant to production planning and quality management.
• Experience in discrete manufacturing or process manufacturing.
• Exposure to SAP Activate methodology and implementation best practices.
